Sample Itinerary
DAY 1
Arrival in Tehran, transfer to the hotel,( depending on arrival time )the rest of the day
at leisure/ city tour, welcome dinner at the hotel.
DAY 2
Half day city tour, in the afternoon we will have our first cooking class in the capital (
Farmaniyeh)
DAY 3
Early morning flight to Tabriz, Kandovan village visit, lunch in Laleh hotel restaurant,
after lunch we drive back to the city for a walking tour in the bazaar, dinner will be served at
shah goli lake restaurant, O/N pars hotel.
DAY 4
leaving the city of Tabriz for Caspian Seaside, morning drive to Ardebil to visit the
magnificent shrine of Shaikh Safi, lunch in Shah Abbasi restaurant, after lunch we continue
driving to Bandar Anzali, we will enjoy Caspian Sea whitefish at the dinner time in our
seaside hotel called Sepid kenaar, O/N.
DAY 5
After having breakfast we start our day by walking in the Rasht fruit and vegetable
market in order to give us a taste of the local’s Caspian Seaside lifestyle, our next activity is
taking part in cooking class and enjoying our class products as our lunch! In the afternoon a
boat ride in Anzali lagoon is waiting for us, dinner will be served in a local restaurant called
Gilan to taste Caspian Sea caviar fish, O/N Sepid kenaar hotel.
DAY 6
6:Morning check out before going for the second cooking class in Rasht, in the
afternoon we go visiting Masouleh village, O/N in a boutique hotel in Fuman.
DAY 7
7:Today we leave Caspian Sea territory and drive to Tehran, midway we stop in the city
of Qazvin in order to have a number of visits and have lunch as well, O/N Tehran.
DAY 8
Tehran visits plus second cooking class in Farmaniyeh.
DAY 9
Early morning check out for Isfahan, driving by the city of Qom we stop in Kashan for
visiting the most important Persian garden of Iran called fin garden, lunch will be served at
Manouchehri house to introduce some very old Iranian dishes such as Shaami Havij and
Yatimcheh, afternoon drive to Isfahan, O/N Abbasi Hotel.
DAY 10

Isfahan – Shiraz by road, during this long transfer we do have a number of visits
such as the Tomb of Cyrus the great and naqshe Rostam(if time permits) , lunch will be
served in Qasre Bahram local restaurant to taste a central Iran popular food called
keshmesh polo ba goosht , O/N Shiraz.
DAY 12
Shiraz city tour with cooking class, O/N.
DAY 13
Morning visit to Persepolis, afternoon city tour of Shiraz, O//N.
