White Pigeon Holidays LLP is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages or on any links or on any of the linked website pages and does not warrant that information currently accessible is either up-to-date or accurate within the information accessible through this web site. White Pigeon Holidays LLP Attempts & Efforts have been made to use the most current and accurate data on this website. The company assumes no legal responsibility for the information with regards to information contained in this website.

The User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information.

Any information which is specifically mentioned by White Pigeon Holidays as Confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the user and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this agreement and the obligations of both the parties therein.

The User is fully responsible for all activities or any unauthorized use of information.

By signing for News Letters / Contact forms in White Pigeon Holidays websites, the User authorizes White Pigeon Holidays and its agents to access third party sites, including that of Banks and other payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information.

Insurance, is NOT a part of the service/ product by White Pigeon Holidays. The User shall get their own travel / adventure / medical insurances while travelling with White Pigeon Holidays. User has to contact the insurance company directly for any claims or disputes and WPH shall not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance company.

The user agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic & traffic conditions, social or labor unrest, business exigencies, government decisions, Criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments , operational and any  technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. White Pigeon Holidays will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative or at extra cost to its customers or refund the booking amount after deducting reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The user agrees that White Pigeon Holidays being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds. White Pigeon Holidays shall not be liable for any claims , any Un-utilized services, injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection or conditions outside the travel agent’s control as stated above.

The User agrees for the complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry or medical requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.

The USER agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless White Pigeon Holidays LLP and/or its affiliates, partner website/s and their respective lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by White Pigeon Holidays LLP and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the USER pursuant to this agreement.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

a.) 21 days or less – 100% cancellation charge.
b.) Between 22 days and 44 days – 50% cancellation charges or the equivalent of the first two days charges depending on the program and period of stay.
c.) Above 45 days – No cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances are made to 3rd parties or unless specified at the time of processing / accepting the bookings.

The Refund amount will be remitted back or held as deposit in the customer account for further usage. This process may take one – two months due to account closing / refund procedure of Airlines / hotels etc .

Governing Law: any conflict or claim rising out of or in connection with this site shall be governed and governed in accordance with the law of India and court in Uttar Pradesh shall alone have jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

White Pigeon Holidays LLP is using a secured Web Site for transaction of personal data communicated. While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. 

We do not capture personal information without your (customer) knowledge or your (customer) permission. You (customer) will only be asked to provide personal information when you are taking advantage of this site’s interactive products and services.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through White Pigeon Holidays LLP , we must provide certain of your personal information to the airline, hotel, car – rental agency, travel agency or other involved third party to enable the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. However, we do not sell or rent individual customer names or other personal information to third parties (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). 

However, we do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties except sharing of such information with our alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing various promotional and other benefits to our customers from time to time basis their booking history with us.

Changes to Terms and Conditions & our privacy Policy : White Pigeon Holidays LLP reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice to Affiliate.
